Coalition Against Human Trafficking to Show Film in DBQ

IAmStillHere

The Tri-State Coalition Against Human Trafficking and Slavery and the 100+ Good Women Who Care Dubuque are sponsoring a showing of the award winning film “I Am Still Here” on Saturday, January 11, at the Grand Opera House in Dubuque.  Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and the film showing is at 10:00 a.m.  The film is free and open to the public.  Adult supervision is advised.

“I Am Still Here” shows some of the difficulties in combating the fastest-growing illegal enterprise in the world: the child sex-slave industry.  Starring Johnny Rey Diaz (Hawaii Five-O), Erika Ringor (Love and Basketball), and Ciara Jiana (Sharknado), this movie is based on exhaustive research into real cases, and is dedicated to all the missing children who are still out there.
